Founder & Managing Director
As captain of the TIN team, Greg’s dedication and passion for the technology sector led him to establish Technology Investment Network (TIN) in 1999. Under his direction, the TIN Report has enjoyed growing recognition and influence since its inception in 2005. Greg oversees the report content each year.
A well-known figure in the high-tech sector, Greg’s background includes a decade working in marketing management roles for Fisher & Paykel (in NZ and the US). His in-depth industry knowledge is underpinned by his role as co-founder and MD of high-tech medical device company Veriphi.
Brendan is an experienced communications professional and business writer who has been active in the NZ tech industry for over a decade as a PR consultant for a wide range of tech companies, including several years as the Senior Comms Manager at Microsoft NZ. He is also familiar to many as the cartoonist known as ‘Jim’, whose cartoons about technology have regularly appeared in print and online tech news channels over the years.
As the Operations Manager for TIN, Brendan’s primary responsibility is to produce the TIN Report and its associated publications from concept to launch, including overseeing all writing and editing, and wrangling the TIN research team.
As a TIN Research Analyst, Marinka is involved in the gathering and analysis of both qualitative and quantitative TIN company information. Having spent nearly 20 years in the market research and evaluation sectors she looks at how we can best apply our current data to support the sector and respond to specific client needs.
With a background in finance and economics, Mihnea’s quantitative analysis skills are well utilised in his role as one of TIN’s data analysts and researchers. His role encompasses the collection, organisation, and analysis of data used in all TIN publications and consulting projects.
Sales & Relationship Manager
With more than 18 years of experience in communication, marketing, and events, Bettina’s strategic and organisational skills are well utilised in her role as Sales, Relationship, and Events manager for TIN. Tine fosters the growth of the TIN membership community by delivering memorable events and growing TIN’s engagement with the tech sector.
With a wealth of PR experience in the UK, Kate joined the TIN team to manage media and publicity for TIN Report launches and other prominent publication releases and events.
Brand & Digital Manager
Ashley spearheads the design and development of the TIN website and works to broaden the reach and interaction of the TIN community through marketing, branding, and social media. She has worked in various roles within the IT sector in the US & NZ.
Digital Design Coordinator
With an extensive background in graphic design and professional photography, Sarah’s focus is the design and execution of TIN’s online communications.
