Peter Beck is the founder and CEO of Rocket Lab, a global organization that develops and launches advanced rockets, satellites, and spacecraft.

Founded in 2006, Rocket Lab has delivered 100+ satellites to space and designs and manufactures the Electron and Neutron launch vehicles and Photon satellite platform.

An award-winning engineer, Mr. Beck was also appointed as an adjunct professor in aerospace engineering by the University of Auckland in recognition of his outstanding contributions to aerospace, entrepreneurship and technical innovation.

In August 2021, Rocket Lab publicly listed on the Nasdaq with a valuation of $4.1 billion.

Sarah joined NZX in February 2020. She has deep experience in capital markets – prior to NZX as a Director of Capital Markets at BNZ, and began her career as a lawyer with Freshfields Bruckhaus Deringer LLP New York.

She has a Bachelor of Commerce (majoring in Economics), and a Bachelor of Laws with Honours, both from the University of Auckland. Sarah also holds a Master of Laws (in Corporate Law and Finance) from New York University.

Charles leads a team of Customer Managers with a portfolio of 160 high-growth tech companies. He joined NZTE as a BDM in Madrid, and has been Trade Commissioner and Consul-General in Milan, responsible for Italy, Eastern Europe, Russia and Scandinavia.

His international experience includes sales and marketing roles across Sweden, Italy, Spain and New Zealand. A member of the Institute of Directors New Zealand, he is on the board of Akarana Rugby League.

He has studied business, leadership and sustainable economic development at Otago Polytechnic, New Zealand Institute of Management, La Sociedad de Estudios Internacionales, and INSEAD.  Charlie’s vision is that Tech becomes the largest export industry in NZ within ten years.
