Sarah Minhinnick is Head of Issuer Relationships at NZX and leads the business across its key relationships with issuers, strategic partners, and private enterprises. Sarah previously worked at BNZ, where she was Director of Debt Capital Markets, leading on key transactions both domestically and offshore (including in Australia and the US). Prior to that she worked at ANZ and Russell McVeagh in New Zealand and Freshfields in New York.

Tim is the Head of Technology Industry at BNZ and leads BNZ’s tech sector portfolio and proposition across New Zealand. Tim has a strong background in innovation, finance and law.
