Marcus was appointed Vice President Corporate in February 2019. Marcus joined Fisher & Paykel Healthcare in 2009 as an in-house lawyer and since that time has held several roles in legal, investor relations and communications and most recently as General Manager – Corporate.

Prior to joining the company, he worked for New Zealand law firm, Russell McVeagh where he specialised in corporate and commercial law. Marcus received his Bachelor of Commerce and Bachelor of Laws from the University of Auckland.

Volpara started as a remote academic collaboration and now employs close to 200 people across the world, with Annual Recurring Revenue of $28M, and is on a strong growth path augmented by two US based acquisitions.

Charlie is a Business Development Manager focused on businesses within the Technology Industry, supporting them to grow through providing capital, connections and expertise. Within her role, she works with BNZ’s Head of Technology Industry to grow BNZ’s technology industry portfolio, proposition, and community across New Zealand.

Her key focus is business development, transaction advisory and relationship management both internally and externally. She enjoys learning about different businesses, assessing business performance, and developing customer centric solutions.
