Event Pricing
Cancellation & Refund Policy
If you book and are unable to attend for any reason, you will not be offered a refund. You may choose to send a substitute by providing their name in writing to Technology Investment Network (TIN) up to 24 hours prior to the event by emailing tin100@tinetwork.com. TIN reserves the right to amend, change the format, postpone, or cancel any event or function for any reason. If the event is amended, format changed, or postponed for a period exceeding 90 days past the original event date, you will not be offered a refund. If for any reason TIN cancels an event, you will have the option to:
- A full refund for the amount paid on your ticket in relation to the relevant event which has been cancelled; or
- Exchange your ticket for a ticket of equal or lesser value at another TIN event.
Event Photography & Videography
Technology Investment Network (TIN) reserves the right to use any photograph/video taken at any event sponsored by TIN, without the expressed written permission of those included within the photograph/video. TIN may use the photograph/video in publications or other marketing/publicity media material produced, used, or contracted by TIN.
To ensure the privacy of individuals, images will not be identified using full names or personal identifying information without written approval from the photographed subject.

By participating in a TIN event or by failing to notify TIN, in writing, of your desire to not have your photograph used by TIN, you are agreeing to release, defend, hold harmless and indemnify TIN from any and all claims involving the use of your picture or likeness.
Any person or organisation not affiliated with TIN may not use, copy, alter or modify TIN photographs, graphics, videography or other, similar reproductions or recordings without the advance written permission of an authorised designee from TIN.
Event Discussion
All TIN events will be treated as an open forum, unless specified by the MC at the beginning of the event. Discussion points or statements may be used in publications, or for marketing and publicity purposes.
